TF LOGISTICS DISPATCH
Dispatch support built around clear communication and organized execution.
From load planning and broker communication to active-load coordination and document follow-through, TF Logistics helps carriers manage the recurring work that keeps freight moving.
The carrier retains final authority over load acceptance, operating decisions, and business approvals.
SERVICE OVERVIEW
One organized workflow from planning through document handoff.
Dispatch involves a sequence of connected tasks. A missed detail in a carrier packet, appointment update, or load document can create avoidable follow-up for the carrier and everyone involved in the shipment.
TF Logistics brings those tasks into a defined dispatch workflow. The exact scope is set according to the carrier’s equipment, operating preferences, communication method, and current process.
DISPATCH SCOPE
Core support across the active-load cycle.
The service scope is reviewed before ongoing work begins. Individual items may be adjusted to match the carrier’s approved workflow.
Load Planning & Search
Review available freight against the carrier’s equipment, location, operating preferences, and approved parameters before presenting an option for a final carrier decision.
Rate Negotiation Support
Communicate with brokers about the offered rate and relevant load details. No specific rate, revenue, or load availability is guaranteed.
Broker Communication
Maintain organized communication about load details, appointments, required updates, and open questions throughout the agreed dispatch process.
Carrier Packets & Documentation
Support the completion and forwarding of carrier setup information and routine load documents using current, carrier-approved business information.
Load Coordination
Track agreed pickup, transit, and delivery milestones, communicate relevant updates, and keep open issues visible to the carrier.
Exception & POD Follow-Through
Help document detention, layover, truck-order-not-used, and delivery paperwork when applicable, then forward proof-of-delivery records through the agreed workflow.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY
A flexible fee structure with clearly defined weekday coverage.
Dispatch pricing is based on the size of the operation, the scope of support, and the workload expected from the Dispatch team.
The exact percentage is determined after reviewing the number of trucks, the requested service scope, and the company’s individual operating needs.
These are the regular Dispatch operating hours. If an issue comes up after business hours, the team will try to assist when possible.
After-hours assistance is not guaranteed and is not 24/7 coverage.
Pricing and service scope are confirmed before ongoing Dispatch work begins.
DISPATCH WORKFLOW
A clear process from setup through document follow-through.
Dispatch work is easier to manage when communication, documentation, and active-load follow-up are handled inside one organized workflow.
Review the operation
Equipment, operating preferences, communication expectations, and the approved Dispatch scope are reviewed before ongoing work begins.
Set up the workflow
Company information, carrier documents, approval points, and primary contacts are organized so the work starts with a clear structure.
Coordinate active work
Load options, broker communication, documentation, and active-load updates are handled through the agreed Dispatch workflow.
Close the loop
Delivery documents and open exceptions are carried through the process so unfinished items do not get lost.
A defined workflow makes the recurring Dispatch workload easier to follow from planning through final document handoff.

DISPATCH FAQ
Clear answers before you apply.
These answers explain the current Dispatch model, pricing approach, approval points, and what to expect before onboarding.
01 Does TF Logistics guarantee a specific rate or weekly gross revenue?
No. Rates and load availability change with market conditions, equipment, location, timing, broker requirements, and the carrier’s decisions. TF Logistics does not guarantee a specific rate, weekly gross, or load result.
02 Who makes the final decision to accept a load?
The carrier retains final authority over load acceptance and business decisions unless a separate written authorization explicitly defines another approved process.
03 What equipment types can be supported?
Equipment compatibility is reviewed during the first conversation. The Dispatch team confirms whether the current workflow can support the carrier’s equipment before onboarding.
04 Is broker communication included?
Yes. Broker communication is part of the Dispatch model described on this page, within the responsibilities and approval points agreed with the carrier.
05 Can TF Logistics help with carrier packets?
TF Logistics can support routine carrier-packet and setup documentation using current information approved by the carrier. The carrier remains responsible for the accuracy and authorization of its business documents.
06 Does Dispatch handle detention, layover, TONU, or POD follow-through?
The Dispatch workflow can include documenting and communicating applicable detention, layover, truck-order-not-used, and proof-of-delivery items. Payment and approval remain subject to the broker, shipper, contract, and supporting documentation.
07 How much does the Dispatch service cost?
The Dispatch service fee ranges from 2.5% to 5% of the truck’s weekly gross revenue. The exact percentage depends on factors such as the number of trucks, the requested service scope, and the company’s individual operating needs.
08 How do we begin?
Submit the Dispatch application with general information about the company, equipment, truck count, and the support needed. Do not send sensitive documents through the initial website form. The Dispatch team can explain the approved next steps after the first review.
