FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions worth clearing up before the work starts.
Find practical answers about how TF Logistics works, what each department handles, and what to expect before you get in touch.
GENERAL QUESTIONS
Start with the basics.
These are the first things to understand before deciding which TF Logistics department you need.
01 Can we start with only one department?
Yes. Dispatch and Accounting are separate departments, so a trucking business can begin with the department that matches the support it needs.
02 Can we use both Dispatch and Accounting?
Yes. Both departments can support the same trucking business, while the work itself remains separated so Dispatch requests and Accounting requests do not get mixed together.
03 What happens in the first conversation?
The first conversation is used to understand the operation, identify the department that fits the request, and define the scope and next steps before ongoing work begins.
DISPATCH QUESTIONS

Here are the practical details about Dispatch support and availability.
01 What is included in Dispatch support?

02 When is the Dispatch team available?

03 What happens if an issue comes up after 4 PM?
If an issue comes up after 4 PM, the team will try to help when possible. After-hours support is not guaranteed and is not 24/7 coverage.
01 What is included in Accounting support?
Accounting support includes rate confirmations, billing, collections and accounts receivable, and payroll.
02 Does Accounting include billing and receivables follow-up?
Yes. Billing and collections or accounts receivable are part of Accounting support.

WORKING WITH TF LOGISTICS
What should be clear before the work begins?
The first conversation is about understanding the operation, identifying the right department, and defining what happens next.
How do we get started?
Start with a conversation about your operation. From there, the request can be directed to Dispatch, Accounting, or both, and the next steps can be defined.
How is the scope of work defined?
The scope should make clear what TF Logistics will handle, which department is responsible, and what remains outside that work.
Does reaching out mean the work has already started?
No. Reaching out starts the conversation. Ongoing work begins only after the scope, responsibilities, pricing and authorization are separately agreed.
Clear expectations at the beginning make the work easier to follow later.
STILL HAVE A QUESTION?
If it is not covered here, ask us directly.
Use the Contact page to choose Dispatch or Accounting and send your question to the department that fits it.
Dispatch and Accounting requests remain separate so each question has a clear destination.
